Tim has been involved in the property industry for over 6 years and has a good knowledge of the Townsville region. Tim has worked in Conveyancing and also owns his own settlement agency, Streamline Settlements since 2008. Tim has experience working as an Area Service Manager for a large conveyancing agency, in this role he worked closely with Real Estate Agents and Clients alike to resolve any issues that may arise throughout the property transaction process. After two years in this role he gained a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the sales market and process, making it easy for him to transition into residential sales. Having worked with a large Townsville real estate agency as a Sales consultant he enjoyed the challenges and rewards that the role and industry has brought to him. Tim is excited to now be part of the small, personal Think Pink Property team.
